Pryce - 8 weeks

I can't believe 8 weeks have already gone by! Pryce is changing every day. He is more and more alert, and he's smiling at things now. We're loving every minute!

Pryce - 6 Weeks

Pryce makes some of the funniest faces. Others just make me melt. Today he actually smiled at me! I have been on cloud nine ever since...

Pryce - 5 weeks

It's hard to believe that tomorrow is the halfway mark of my maternity leave. I cannot believe 6 weeks have already gone by with precious little Pryce! He's changing every day, and each day I fall more in love with him! Last weekend we took our first roadtrip to Florence. Overall, we had a great trip, with the exception of a flat tire on the way home. Pryce is now sleeping in 3-4 hour spans. Luke and I have welcomed the sleep!

So many funny little things have happened over the past few weeks....

Luke asked when Pryce will move up to the twosies (he thought 'onesie' was an actual size).

Pryce frequently gets the hiccups....to which Luke will rock him and say, "BOO, baby, BOO" (to scare them out of him).

There are probably so many more that I'm not thinking of. I really should start writing these all down.

I'm too fortunate to have such a wonderful husband who is such a sweet daddy to Pryce!

Jaws....

My mom and sister were here for Pryce's bath yesterday, and we had quite the time! I always wondered what you do if a baby pees & poops in their bath...got to experience it yesterday! We all get so tickled at the faces he makes, and Amanda captured some of his best.

A Whale of a Good Time!

Pryce's belly button fell off on 5.13.09, so we tested out a tub bath on 5.14.09. He didn't love it; I think he may have been a little startled about the warm water. We're slowly adjusting, though. Hopefully he'll grow to love baths as much as his mommy!

2 Weeks Old

I'm amazed at how much I love someone I only met 2 weeks ago! Pryce has rocked our world, and we couldn't be more head over heels for him. He's already so alert! His daddy loves to raise his eyebrows and stick out his tongue so that Pryce will do it back to him. It's adorable, especially to see how good Luke is with Pryce. He's already grown so much (you can tell from my mom's little experiment with the stuffed animals in the crib).

This is the most fun and exciting little roller coaster & it's all going by so fast!
